With little over two weeks left before Love Island 2018 comes to a close, many series four contestants will have one eye on their Instagram accounts.
The infamous ITV2 series has become synonymous with contestants busting out of the villa and going on to make their livings through ‘Insta-fame’.
For the kids with only a handful of followers, you’ll likely to find their Instagram handles being used to plug 25% discount codes for gym clothing brands that you’ve never actually heard of.
For the big hitters, however, Instagram will prove a life-changing tool in their careers.
Niall has had a good holiday. Gained followers on twitter and Instagram and now going home to watch World Cup. Got to be respected that. #LoveIsland

12. Samira Mighty – 536,000
Samira Mighty recently left the Love Island villa, quitting the series so she could pursue a relationship with the evicted Frankie Foster.
While leaving the series just two weeks before the grand final may sound like a dodgy choice, half a million Insta followers should be enough for Samira to kick on with whatever career she fancies.
11. Niall Aslam – 618,000
Niall Aslam walked out of the villa just nine days into the show, citing personal reasons as to why he left.
The fact he has more followers than Samira, who had 30 more days worth of airtime, highlights just how popular Niall was during his short spell on series four.
Niall hasn’t even turned to selling weight-loss shakes since leaving the villa, keeping it real with Harry Potter photos.
10. Laura Anderson – 639,000
Laura Anderson has a decent Insta following, although she isn’t particularly high up in terms of favouritism, considering she is still in the villa fighting for that 50k jackpot.
She does have over 3,000 photos though, so no shortage of content.
9. Wes Nelson – 642,000
You may have expected Wes Nelson to have a bigger Instagram following considering his popularity in Majorca.
At least he has the best tag name out of all the Love Island 2018 contestants: “Muay Thai Kickboxing Design Engineer”.
8. Megan Barton-Hanson – 656,000
Megan Barton-Hanson has just a few thousand more followers than her boyfriend Wes.
Her account is definitely the most, err, revealing, of all the Islanders.
But if Meg-Meg is so stunning, and up for the odd raunchy shot, why doesn’t she have more followers?
7. Kendall Rae-Knight – 698,000
This is the first shock on the list, considering Kendall Rae-Knight was one of the most forgettable characters in Love Island series four.
You know, bar Grace Wardle (30k followers).
Kendall was the first to face the axe and lasted just six days… must have been that out of villa kiss with Kem Cetinay that propelled her onto the big stage!
6. Eyal Booker – 715,000
Eyal Booker has been smashing the Insta game since leaving the house, three weeks into the series.
He may have a very love-hate personality, but that doesn’t change those eye-popping abs.
5. Adam Collard – 751,000
Personal trainer Adam Collard was booted out of the villa with females across the nation fiercely attacking him for ‘player’ and ‘manipulative’ ways.
Doesn’t stop you from gawping at him on Instagram though, does it?
4. Alex George – 752,000
Known as Dr Alex on Insta, Alex George’s account is a work of art.
Not in the form of photos, however, but in humour.
Whoever has been running Alex’s social media accounts has been doing a phenomenal job at poking fun at everything Love Island-related.

3. Georgia Steel – 942,000
Almost breaching the million mark, ‘these hoes ain’t loyal’ Georgia Steel has a whopping 942,000 followers.
There’s no doubt that she will be going on to some big things this summer.
2. Jack Fincham – 1 million
One million followers is a remarkable achievement for the pens salesman from Kent.
To put his numbers into perspective, Jack Fincham already has more followers than the likes of series three stars Marcel Somerville, Gabby Allen and Jamie Jewitt – and there’s still two weeks left!
We can’t wait to see Jack’s face when he realises one million people want to hear his Yorkshire accent on Instagram.
1. Dani Dyer – 1.5 million
The nation’s sweetheart already has a colossal amount of followers on social media.
At this rate, she’s easily going to surpass the 1.6 million benchmark set by Amber Davies.
Dani already has 500,00+ more followers than her dad too, which is utterly hilarious.
Chin up Danny Dyer!
