Masterchef 2019 is set to launch on Monday, February 11th.
The brand new series will continue to air on BBC One every Monday, Wednesday and Friday before stepping it up to a four-day per week schedule once we reach the knockout stages.

Masterchef 2019: Final
Initially, there are 56 amateur bakers competing against one other.
Each episode, there will be seven chefs battling it out in the kitchen to impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
There are four weeks of preliminary rounds.
The first of the knockout stages will launch on Monday, March 4th, with semi-finals following, and a final week of cooking commencing in the last week of March.
Masterchef 2019: Finalists
As of yet, the Masterchef 2019 finalists are unconfirmed.
However, we will update this article with each of the contestants as they make it through the preliminary stages.
Champion of episode 1 was Annabel Anderson, a 23-year-old from Middlesborough.
Masterchef 2019: Judges
Masterchef just wouldn’t be the same without dynamic duo John Torode and Gregg Wallace.
As always, the pair will be casting their eyes over the cooking and offering their expert culinary opinions.
John is an Australian chef while Greg is a baking expert. They will be joined by a host of former contestants, professional chefs and critics to help judge the budding chefs throughout the series.
