Masterchef 2019 is well and truly underway. Jasmin was one of six contestants to reach the first quarter-finals stage on Friday, March 8th
Star of the show, Jasmin impressed the judges and previous Masterchef contestants with her traditional Indonesian recipes, inspired by her family’s heritage.
Alex Rushmer, who was 2010 finalist and owner of one of the UK’s top 100 restaurants, said Jasmin’s mackerel starter was “pretty close to being faultless”.
And, Masterchef 2010 champion, Dhruv Baker, said he was “blown away” by her beef rendang curry. Pretty impressive at this stage of the competition!

the best food I’ve had in Thailand so far. Fried wide flat jasmine rice noodles with chicken, lettuce and egg. sounds like nothing special, but tasted like the most special bowl of food . . . . #michelinguide #food #foodtour #tuktuk #bangkok #thailand #noodles #foodie #streetfood #tourist #travel #holiday #city #foodporn #travelgram #travelphotography
